From 956 gr (S) to 999 gr (L) 100% Multi-directional pre-impregnated carbon fibers “Featherweight” shells, guaranteeing mechanical properties and impact resistance worthy of F1 and modern aeronautics. Those shells provide perfect comfort and excellent finishing and are achieved thanks to the following process: • The pre-treatment of carbon fabrics ensures a faculty of perfect cohesion between the fiber and the resin. • The multilayered carbon fibers, woven in meshes at 90°, are directed so as to cover a capacity of dissipation of energy over 360°. • The impregnation of carbon fibers by the Epoxy resin matrix is pushed to the maximum thanks to a pressure of 6 bars exerted on the component layers of the shell. • Polymerization by controlled steps of temperature and pressure is completed by a final curing at high temperature.
